Terms and Conditions
Card on file will be billed before first service. Then it will be billed quarterly. For subscriptions. If for some reason we are unable to complete service a refund will be issued. If card is declined, service will be interrupted until payment method is updated.
Cancellations must be made 14 days before next billing cycle. If you cancel a monthly/quarterly plan after one service you will receive a refund minus the difference of a one time cleaning of $55.
A reminder Text/email will be sent the night before. A $10 reschedule service fee will be charged to your account if there is no prior response to the text alert and the trash can is not available/accessible to clean upon arrival.
Any Trash Cans with “UNBAGGED.” Animal or Human feces left in trash Can, will not be emptied or wiped out after wash.
If a bag of trash is inside the trash can (after collection has occurred), we will remove the bag of trash, clean the can and put the bag of trash back in the trash can. We are not set up to take trash.
The technician will photograph any trash cans that are not cleaned as scheduled, due to Cans not emptied upon arrival for cleaning.
We are not responsible for damaged trash/recycle bins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to an area for any reason, even if your zip code is included In the service area. If service is refused, a full refund will be issued.
